The Gin Pole Kit from Wind Energy Direct is designed to ease the installation of your Skystream 3.7 Wind Generator and Tower Kit.  These kits include all hardware needed except for the piping, which can be purchased from a tubular steel manufacturer or wind generator tower specialist.

The height of your gin pole (tubular steel that you purchase) should be equal to the height of your standard Wind Generator Tower.  Additionally, a gin pole kit also requires the purchase of additional guy kits (1 for the tower and 1 for the gin pole) and a hinge plate kit (for the tower).
